How to move your courses from one moodle site to another.
Go to any course
in the administration menu select Restore
Upload the .mbz file
You can either navigate to the file or drag and drop
Then do the confirmation. Check the version numbers.
This only causes trouble when the version are too far apart.
Check the user settings
generally you don't want to bring grade and user settings with the course.
Destination
Usually the top option is the one you are after. Select restore as a new course and select a category to put it into. After this you will have a whole new course.
